This website is powered by Blot.im, a lightweight publishing platform that transforms a simple folder into a fully functional website. There’s no interface, no complex CMS—just files. By dragging and dropping txt and markdown files into a DropBox folder, posts appear instantly on the site, allowing for a seamless, distraction-free publishing experience.

Blot was created by David Merfield in 2013 with a deep appreciation for the simplicity and durability of ordinary files. Totally customizeable yet emphatically simple, Blot has remained an evolving project, continuously improved by its creator and a dedicated community. I’ve been very happy with the service since migrating from Squarespace in 2024.
